Artist Statement

A young man with dark hair and light skin, wearing a black hoodie, looking to the side inside a modern indoor space with a window and a hanging lamp in the background.

When questioned about my work, I simply describe it as stuff I like. Art, in my view, should not be an intricate puzzle to solve but an open invitation, an experience that allows viewers to engage freely, on their own terms, without being confined by the artist’s narrative.

“My work seeks to create an environment filled with pieces that stimulate both visual pleasure and intellectual curiosity.”

My creative process is rooted in the immediacy of the present, in observing the “here and now.” It is a dynamic interplay of mood, intuition, and impulse, where inspiration often strikes unexpectedly. These shifting elements shape my perception of form, color, and composition. In that space of alignment, creativity flows naturally, and the work begins to reveal itself. The process feels almost transcendent, as though guided by an inner voice that signals when vision and feeling finally meet.

“My fascination with faces reflects a deep interest in people and the stories they silently carry.

While eyes are said to be the windows to the soul, I see the entire face as a canvas of identity, layered, expressive, and endlessly revealing. I don’t seek to dictate meaning or emotion; instead, I aim to create works that speak differently to each viewer, inviting personal reflection and individual interpretation.
